Leadership Assignment

For this assignment, I needed to interview an individual at Catholic Charities whom I think is an effective leader. I decided to interview my supervisor because I think she is an effective leader not just at Catholic Charities, but also in the communities she interacts with. In this reflection, I wrote about her leadership skills and about my own views and understanding of leadership. Through this assignment, I got a better understanding of leadership and I began to think about the kind of leader I would like to be.
